Dr. David James will talk about the principles and concepts of butterfly conservation and things that we as individuals, or as a group, can do to help understand and conserve our butterflies in the Pacific Northwest. As part of WBA’s renewed focus and commitment to butterfly conservation, David will also talk about some of the conservation-themed field trips we have planned for the 2018 season and other ways we can all become involved in butterfly conservation and research.
