Annual Conference Coordinator (or Committee)

Make arrangements for annual conference location, including a facility for Friday and Saturday night events,  catering for Friday and Saturday night, preparation of Saturday and Sunday lunches (for field trips), and recommendations for  hotel and camping accommodations for attendees.

A coordinator is needed as soon as possible to assist with the 2016 conference.
