The March 27 trip to Schnebley Coulee was a great success, joined by Cliff & Betsy Hassell from Leavenworth and John & Brenda Baumann from Spokane. (Great to see field trips including more than the Seattle crowd.) Species seen: spring whites, Sara’s orange-tips, gray and Sheridan’s green hairstreaks, Milbert’s tortoiseshell, mourning cloak, anise swallowtail, and probably silvery blues, plus lizards, assorted birds, and wildflowers.
